Gates will open at 5:30PM. The BBQ starts at 5:30PM, soft drinks & all you can eat buffet is free, game starts at 7:05PM. All guests may park for FREE in the AquaSox SOUTH parking lot—the entrance is adjacent to the Stadium Coffee stand on the West side of Broadway; South of the AquaSox office. Lots of fun to be had during this event including: Face Painting by Contours Face & Body Art and free AquaSox bucket hats for the first 1,000 fans! The AquaSox will also have a post-game fireworks show, so make sure to stick around after the game! Bring your family and join us for this fun filled evening with the AquaSox.
RAFFLE DONations are back!!! Sultan School District Outstanding Meal Debt foR Graduating Seniors Class of 2024 & 2025.
All raffle proceeds will be MATCHED by the LMCC and donated to the Sultan School District to pay off the meal debt for the 2024/2025 graduating Seniors. Sultan School District needs to raise $9,722.29 for the 2024 and 2025 graduating Seniors so those students can receive their diplomas and transition to the workforce, with a helpful, fresh start. Raffle tickets are CASH ONLY and are sold from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Tickets are drawn promptly at 7:30pm and you must be present to win.

Sultan School District is seeking applications from persons interested in being appointed to committees to write the pro/con statements for the Snohomish County Local Voters’ Pamphlet related to the District’s bond ballot measure to be considered at the November 5th, 2024 General Election. Those interested should send their name, address, phone number, and which position they represent to: Daniel B. Baller, Director of Fiscal Services, Sultan School District, 514 4th St., Sultan, WA 98294-9474 or via email at daniel.baller@sultan.k12.wa.us by August 1st, 2024. The Board will take action on the appointments at a special meeting on Monday, August 5th, 2024.
On Monday, July 22, 2024, the school board will hold a special budget hearing meeting at 5 pm at Sultan Elementary School's library before the normally scheduled business meeting at 6 pm. The hearing will be open for public input. Thank you!

There may be 3 or more members of the SSD Board of Directors, which makes for a quorum, but no official business will be discussed. The group will go over the post-2024 Bond Community Survey results and discuss future possibilities. This meeting will take place at 6pm in the Sultan Middle School Library located at 301 High Avenue, Sultan, WA 98294.

We are hosting afternoon open house meetings for families newly arrived in the country on July 1st, 15th, 29th, and August 12th from 12 to 3 PM. These meetings will provide valuable information about services and resources available to you and your children, and introduce you to our school system. Yesterday, at 5 pm, the board of directors held a candidate interview for the one applicant for director district #3. The board deliberated afterward and then voted during the regular meeting at 6 pm for Michael Butler to be the new board director. He was sworn in and began his duties last night. We want to welcome Michael Butler to the Sultan School District!

On Thursday, June 20th, 2024 at 6 pm the Sultan School District Board of Directors will meet for an executive session, closed to the public, at the District Office located at 514 4th Street, Sultan, WA 98294, for the Superintendent's evaluation.
Additionally, on Monday, June 24th, 2024, at 5 pm, the Sultan School District Board of Directors will hold Board Candidate Interviews which will be open to the public in the Sultan Elementary School Library at 501 Date Street, Sultan, WA 98294.

We will be collecting all laptops, cases, and chargers on: June 13th for 7th and 8th graders and June 14th for 6th graders. Parents and Guardians please make sure your student brings their laptop, case, and charger to school on this date. If you are planning on being out of town, be sure to turn these items in beforehand.
Interested in joining the PTSO? Come to our meeting on June 12th at 1:30pm in the Commons at SMS.
Sports are wrapped up for the year. If your student is interested in Fall sports for the 2024-2025 school year, we encourage you to get signed up now! Fall sports will be: Cross Country, Football, Volleyball, and Boys Soccer.

Select the sport, e-sign the forms, and then your student will need to access their Outlook email to sign their forms. Sports fees are $35 per sport, 4th sport is free.

On Friday, May 31st, our ASB held an Assembly where our 8th grade ASB Executive Board introduced the candidates for running for next years Board.
