On Thursday, June 20th, 2024 at 6 pm the Sultan School District Board of Directors will meet for an executive session, closed to the public, at the District Office located at 514 4th Street, Sultan, WA 98294, for the Superintendent's evaluation.
Additionally, on Monday, June 24th, 2024, at 5 pm, the Sultan School District Board of Directors will hold Board Candidate Interviews which will be open to the public in the Sultan Elementary School Library at 501 Date Street, Sultan, WA 98294.

We will be collecting all laptops, cases, and chargers on: June 13th for 7th and 8th graders and June 14th for 6th graders. Parents and Guardians please make sure your student brings their laptop, case, and charger to school on this date. If you are planning on being out of town, be sure to turn these items in beforehand.

Sports are wrapped up for the year. If your student is interested in Fall sports for the 2024-2025 school year, we encourage you to get signed up now! Fall sports will be: Cross Country, Football, Volleyball, and Boys Soccer.

Select the sport, e-sign the forms, and then your student will need to access their Outlook email to sign their forms. We encourage you to get these forms signed before laptop collection day (June 13th/14th) if you have limited online access at home.
Sports fees are $35 per sport, 4th sport is free.

On Friday, May 31st, our ASB held an Assembly where our 8th grade ASB Executive Board introduced the candidates for running for next years Board. The candidates bravely read a prepared speech and a vote followed. We are proud to introduce our upcoming ASB Executive Board for the 2024-2025 school year:

The Sultan Middle School Track and Field team had their last meet of the season. The atmosphere surrounding our team has been nothing short of electric. From the unwavering support of our fans and teammates to the incredible dedication and sportsmanship displayed by our athletes, the spirit and energy of our team have truly created a remarkable environment. Every single athlete finished the season with personal records.

Announcement for May 29th, 2024: Director District 3 is now vacant and open to apply for. The Board will accept the candidate information form, resumes, and cover letters from interested individuals from Wednesday, May 29th, 2024, until noon on Friday, June 21st, 2024. Interviews will be held at 5 pm on Monday, June 24th, 2024, before the board meeting at 6 pm.

SMS ASB will be hosting their end of year Neon Nights Dance on June 7th from 3:00pm-5:00pm! Wear your brightest colors and come dance with us under the blacklights to celebrate the end of the year!
Invitations will be going out today for our Honors Social where we will be celebrating those students who achieved a 3.5 GPA and above.
The Honors Social will be held on June 12th at 5pm.

Our lost and found is overflowing with sweatshirts, jackets, pants, and more! Please ask your student to check on the stage in the commons during their lunch before we donate the items on June 7th.
The Board of Directors will be invited to the Athletic & Youth Program Director Candidate Night on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at Sultan Middle School. No business will be discussed.
There will be no school on Monday, May 27th in honor of Memorial Day. Remember and honor America's military men and women who lost their lives in service to their country.
